About the Brand
Remo Rorandelli begin manufacturing leather goods in Florence in 1943, growing the business to several storefronts in Florence and Venice by the 1960s with the help of his son Massimo. Thus began a family tradition of Italian style, originality and lasting quality. Defined by artisanal craftsmanship and timeless sophistication, Remo’s leather shoes and accessories were designed and created in Florence for decades using richly textured leathers and attention to detail in every piece. Beginning in the 1980s, as Made in Italy fashion flourished internationally, Massimo pushed the business in new directions, designing and distributing modern and sophisticated leather outerwear.
Unmatched Craftsmanship, Italian Style and Generations of Expertise
Fashion designer Eva Rorandelli grew up helping her father Massimo in his stores in the historic San Lorenzo shopping district in Florence, surrounded by Renaissance art and architecture. She later studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence before moving to New York City to pursue a career in modeling, and eventually, fashion design. Since her father’s passing in 2007 Eva has built on his legacy of classic Italian style, establishing Evaro as an internationally known luxury fashion house recognized for its timeless elegance and refined craftsmanship.

Evaro designs and produces garments and accessories exclusively in Italy under two distinct lines. The Evaro Italia collection utilizes expert sartorial experience, Made in Italy craftsmanship, and constant innovation to create precious pieces any woman can wear from day to night. Evaro Alta Moda features custom-designed couture pieces made exclusively for special occasions and red carpet events for international clients. Each season these collections are complemented with limited-edition accessories.
From concept to execution, every garment and accessory is meticulously designed by Eva and constructed by her team in Italy. Using the finest materials, all of Evaro’s products are hand-made in limited quantities by skilled artisans in and around Florence. Craftsmanship and attention to detail ensure that each garment becomes a unique and elegant addition to its customer’s wardrobe, to be cherished and passed on to the next generation.

Evaro embodies the quintessential elements of an Italian fashion house: a family tradition that celebrates craft and beauty. Common themes in the collections include the contrast between colors and architectural shapes, and the love of nature and Italian mannerism, which manifest in coordinated color palettes and silhouettes, intricate laces, and organic prints.
